Hi, I’m Joe and my role is Business Development Consultant, meaning I am responsible for putting WRS out there and making sure both existing and prospective clients know who we are and what we can offer. I specialise in anything and everything Offshore, be that Maritime, Subsea, Drilling, or Renewables.

I work 90% remotely, so the best thing about working with WRS is definitely the flexibility the company has embraced! It really feels like the company has employee interests and well-being at heart, which is really great to see.

My dream dinner party guests are David Attenborough as I love nature and watch all of his shows, and Sebastian Vettel due to my passion for F1.

If I wasn’t working in recruitment, I have often dreamed of owning a wood-fired pizza shop, so perhaps I’d have made that a reality, who knows?

If I won the lottery, I’d probably just retire and spend half the year in South-East Asia; Vietnam for the food and the Philippines for the beaches.
